Cancellation Policy
Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend any event organised by Bioenergy Australia, you must email notice to Bioenergy Australia (admin@bioenergyaustralia.org.au) no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event/s. Should you cancel less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event/s, or just not attend the event, no refund will be payable. A registration can be transferable to another delegate. Please provide details of the change via email at least 7 days prior to the event (admin@bioenergyaustralia.org.au).
