Blunomy is the brainchild of Isabelle Kocher de Leyritz, the former CEO of ENGIE and an internationally renowned business leader, and Enea Consulting, a pioneering strategy consulting firm specialising in the energy transition. Driven by the shared goal of playing an instrumental role in the advent of a truly positive economy, they decided to join forces to make change happen.

Blunomy’s team includes accomplished experts in energy and carbon and experienced business leaders who have led ambitious and successful transformations. Collectively, they have vital knowledge of supply chains, agri-food and nature-based solutions. The team works alongside go-getting companies, financial institutions, entrepreneurs and tech experts to drive the transition to a positive economy.

Blunomy continues from Enea Consulting’s work in the development of the bioenergy sector in Australia following several landmark public studies including: Biogas opportunities in Australia (2019) and the Australia National Bioenergy Roadmap (2021). Blunomy is convinced that bioenergy has a critical role in the energy transition, standing ready to serve the Australian government, investors, developers and the industries along the bioenergy supply chain to provide independent advice on strategy, techno-economic and commercial aspects of the market to accelerate the transition.
