MEDIA RELEASE: Delorean Corporation enters into a collaboration agreement with Australian Gas Networks Limited

HIGHLIGHTS:
- DEL has entered into a landmark collaboration agreement with Australian Gas Networks Limited, part of Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG).
- AGIG is one of Australia’s largest gas infrastructure businesses with operations across every mainland state and the Northern Territory supplying approximately 2 million customers.
- Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), DEL and AGIG have agreed to worktowards establishing a mutually acceptable business model to develop, construct, own and operate anaerobic digestion plants to supply biomethane into AGIG gas networks, including offtake of biomethane for use for use by AGIG via an appropriate retailer.
- DEL is uniquely positioned to service Australia’s immediate and rapidly-growing demand for renewable gas via its expertise in delivering bioenergy plants from development to energy generation within 2 years. This agreement with AGIG extends DEL’s existing relationship into a collaboration which DEL expects will see DEL’s biomethane injected into AGIG’s gas networks across Australia for use by residencesand businesses.
