Published Tue 01 Oct 2019

The NSW Government is currently reviewing the Biofuels Act 2007. The Act regulates the sale of biofuels, such as E10, in New South Wales.

A discussion paper has been prepared to guide industry and community feedback on the existing framework. This consultation is your opportunity to express your opinions or concerns about whether the legislation is working as intended.

The discussion paper was released for public comment today and has been published on the NSW Fair Trading website.

Submissions close COB Tuesday 29 October 2019.

You can make a submission by completing the online form or by emailing your submission to biofuelsreview@customerservice.nsw.gov.au

All submissions will be carefully considered and a final report on the review will be prepared for the NSW Government. The final report may recommend options for reform.
